Isn’t that pleasing to see a beautiful garden enhances the beauty of your home? Everyone wishes to have a beautiful garden because it certainly make your place look more beautiful and attractive.

Gardening for me is a chore and a hobby as well.It is basically a simple pleasure of life. So, if you want to further enhance the beauty of your garden, why not make some wind spinners to capture the breeze and to set more colors in it in order to make your garden even more beautiful?

I really adore looking at a house which is made of wood. I just love the atmosphere of a countryside living. It brings back good memories during my childhood days that’s why Ive been planning to buy an additional wooden furniture for our new house. I want something modern but with a bit of traditional stye and design when it comes to its fixtures, furniture and decorations. I’m also planning to buy a quick step laminate wood flooring to be placed on our kitchen, guests room and in my daughter’s room.

I chose this over the hardwood flooring because of its durability which is designed with a tough and durable wear layer.  A friend of mine told me that it is much stronger than most installed solid hardwood flooring, vinyl’s, and carpets available in the market today. Laminate flooring is also easy to clean and maintain so I don’t have to worry about those stains and mess that remains in it because its surface is water resistant. It is also affordable and easy to install  so I better check it out here in our local hardware store.

One of the home furniture that we are planning to buy is a new sofa for our living room. We really need a good sofa bed because it provides a seating position and a comfortable place to sleep as well so that our guests would be happy to enjoy the comfort of our home specially when there’s not enough space for our guest room.

I am after of a quality because these kind of  best sleeper sofa are equipped with foam mattresses so that the denser the foam, the more resistant and the more it is comfortable to sleep there. It’s all about the comfort and convenience so we could truly enjoy the benefits of a good sleeper sofa. I just need to take the time to make sure I buy the good quality to make sure my family and I and our guests will all be comfortable.

I am so excited for my sister’s holiday this coming July 15. She will be having her second holiday here in the Philippines but this time she will travel together with her friend. They want to go to Boracay but they will visit us first since they also want to celebrate my daughter’s birthday.

They will stay at our new pink house that’s why we are already preparing the house for their stay. As of now there are still lots of projects that we need to buy before they arrive such as furniture, appliances and household items like Sferra fine linens for bed, bath, and tables.We want our house to look presentable and best of all we want to make them feel comfortable when they stay for a few days  here  in our new house soon.

Hiring an interior designer may be costly but I tell you, If I have enough funds, I would hire them since I wanted to make our home  like a vacation house. Instead of dreaming of an island vacation,  I do believe that they will help transform our space using elements of island living so  we can experience that holiday and vacation feeling  all year long. We really love a  European  inspired architecture and I know they could make that dream living of ours to life .

We really love to reinvigorate our home with fresh new design which can be an added benefit in redesigning our home. I know for sure we will reap the rewards through comforts and aesthetics in our everyday living. With the help of Atlanta’s interior designers, I know they could to bring out the best personality and style in our home.

Did you know that we have a new house but we didn’t live on it yet? Well, one of the main reasons is that our living room is still bare and empty. Aside from the sofa and sala set, we really need a new set entertainment systems such as TV, DVD players, components and more. I was so amazed when I saw all those slim and huge samsung led TV’s displayed at the mall and appliance centers.

I’ve been eying on the Samsung LED 40 inch series 6 because it has great pictures with great customer reviews that  sounds promising.I like its glass screen panel which causes some glare and the colors are much richer and has a deeper blacks. I also like the wall mount LED because its thin as a picture frame. I am fully satisfied on its specs because it best suit our needs. I hope we could purchase this LED TV soon so we could live permanently  to our new house with our new entertainment TV.

I do believe that without the proper interior design ideas, a living room can feel bland, bare and too open. We actually bought a new house but our living room’s furniture and decors are still lacking. We need to update the look of our living room with a little though and some experimentation and give it a new and modern touch.

We wanted to use shades of wood using modern furniture. All we need is some creativity and some trial-and-error for color matching technique. Then we should leave sufficient space for people to freely walk around the furniture space, so they can move from one point to another. Modern living interior design ideas are not about being stuffy, but it should be fun, and of course elegance and luxury.

My uncle and his wife has a portion of lot overlooking at the beach and they already have a simple vacation house which is made of Nipa hut with wooden wall and floor in it. And since they don’t visit the place more often, they have decided to let my mom renovate the house so she could also use it whenever she spends her holiday here every year.

We are so grateful since we can save a lot of money by not renting an apartment anymore. My mom always used to rent a beach apartment where she pays around $400 per month. Just imagine the huge savings we can get when we stay at my uncle’s vacation house for free.

Were already made some plans for the home renovation and remodeling such as putting up a laminate floor in order to make it look even more of a country side style. We prefer this type of flooring since its quite cheaper and its easy to install rather than those traditional wooden flooring. Mom and I also also loves hardwood floors so this is indeed the best choice for our native vacation house soon.

Since we can’t afford in buying a newly furnished house, we consider buying foreclosure houses for sale since it can be purchased at discounts for up to 50% and can be found in all stages of the foreclosure process like home auctions, Outer Banks foreclosures and Government repo homes.
