Drinking soft drinks almost everyday, eating large fries, cheeseburgers, hotdog sandwich, fried chicken and any fried foods, chocolates, cakes, ice cream and all those sweets and desserts, these are my favorite foods. But when I started to live a healthy lifestyle a few weeks ago, I also started to avoid eating these foods. It was so hard to control at first, but I realized that it is for my own good. Since I wanted to shred off some pounds by doing cardiovascular exercise and workout at the gym, a diet is also a must for me in order to get back my body in shape.
I changed this foods into eating more fruits like banana, apple, mango and pineapple. I also eat veggies and chicken or pork meat as my viand and drink some milk. I only eat 1 cup of rice a day and sometimes no rice at all. Only bread or biscuits. I’m glad that when I started my diet, my body has also started to adjust. Whenever I feel hungry, I just eat these foods and drink more and more water everyday.
